1.生姜,辣椒,大蒜,葱,香菇洗净切好。

2.豆角洗净,用手折成段。

3.锅中放油烧热,放花椒,干红椒爆香。

4.加生姜,鲜辣椒,香菇爆炒一下。

5.放豆角加盐继续翻炒至豆角变色。

6.最后加大蒜继续翻炒至豆角熟即可。
小窍门&温馨提示
大蒜最后放,可以提味,豆角不易入味,盐早点放可入味。
